The build-up.
You can build-up your stand or place your car on Friday 22-09-2023 from 12.00 to 20.00 hours, Saturday 22-09-2023 from 08.00 to 10.00 hours and Sunday 24-09-2023 from 09.00 to 10.00 hours. In connection with the hectic and short time on Saturday and Sunday, we advise you to build-up your stand as much as possible on the Friday. Below is a map with driving routes; red for exhibitors and car boot sales.
We count on your cooperation in keeping all stands easily accessible during the set-up.
Parking.
In order to avoid traffic jams in the halls during build-up, we ask you to park your car and trailer immediately after unloading on the special parking area for exhibitors P4A near the exhibition space (see map). The Autotron site is closed at night, but there is no surveillance. Therefor we advise you to securely lock up your car and leave no valuables behind.
Services.
On Friday from 17.30 -18.30 hours the snackbar will be opened.
Autotron provides all-day coffee from the vending machine; the VKB team will provide sandwiches.
The access doors have a size of 3 m (10ft) wide and 4 m ( 13ft 4") high. If you have a bigger car, you will have to unload outside the hall. For the transportation of goods, a forklift truck is available.
The use of the halls is complied to rules. They are listed in the Exhibition Regulations 2018. By registration you agreed upon these regulations. By doubt you can consult the regulations at https://www.volvobeurs.nl/en/registration/regulations. Costs arising from noncompliance with these Regulations, will be at your charge.
You will receive a small garbage bag for household waste and other waste you have to take back yourself.
VKB is setting up a children’s corner for the children of visitors. This children’s corner is not intended as childcare.
To use a WiFi connection, a KPN scratch card must be purchased. With these cards, you can be logged in on the KPN hotspots in the hall. Scratch cards cost € 15 (day), € 25 (4 days) or € 40 (week) and can be bought at the exhibition office. Holders of a KPN subscription can log in with their own code.
Overnight stay is prohibited on the premises of Autotron. For overnight stay possibilities consult: www.volvobeurs.nl/en/overnight.
Dismantling.
Dismantling of the stands is only allowed on Sunday after 16.00 hour. On Saturday, participants who have their cars on the stand and need them at night may drive it out of the hall after 17.00 hours. During the exhibition there is no surveillance present, please keep a good look at your valuables.

- 10:00 - 17:00 hours: Exhibition open to visitors; car movements in the halls not allowed.
- 17:30 - 18:30 hours: the VKB-team invites the participants to a "happy hour".
- Sunday 24th of September
- 09:00 - 10:00 hours: build-up, halls open for participants
- 10:00 - 16:00 hours: Exhibition open to visitors; car movements in the halls not allowed.
